This notice describes information collected through Klayvora's public CRM website, booking calendar, and callback request form. It does not replace a customer's separate CRM service agreement.
What we collect
When you book a walkthrough, we receive the details you enter, including your name, email, phone number, notes, selected appointment time, and time zone. The separate callback form may also request your company and website. Our hosting and security services may process routine technical information needed to operate the site.
How we use it
We use this information to answer your inquiry, coordinate the meeting, assess whether our CRM services fit your team, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not use a walkthrough request as permission to begin calling or texting your leads.
Service providers and team access
Our booking calendar and callback form are provided through our CRM platform. Booking details can create contact and appointment records in our Klayvora sales workspace so authorized team members can coordinate the meeting and follow-up. We may create or update a sales opportunity to track the conversation. Our connected calendar provider may also receive the appointment details needed to reserve the time. We use website hosting and optional, consent-based analytics services to operate and improve the site.
Text messages
The callback form may offer separate, optional text-message consent. Not checking that box does not prevent you from sending an inquiry. Booking a walkthrough is not, by itself, consent to promotional text messages. If you opt in to texts, you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Analytics and cookies
Optional first-party analytics records public page visits, link and button clicks, their time, and broad device and browser types only after you select Allow analytics. Random browser and session identifiers help estimate unique visitors and repeat visits; they do not identify a person. We do not record form contents, email addresses, phone numbers, full browsing URLs, or keystrokes in this tracker. Actions inside an embedded booking or CRM frame are not tracked by it.
The browser identifier expires after 90 days; sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Event records are retained for up to 90 days and expired records are removed when analytics next processes an event. To prevent abuse, a rotating keyed hash of the network address is kept for up to 10 minutes and cleaned up on subsequent processing; the raw address is not stored in the analytics database. Our hosting provider may separately process request logs for security.
Google Analytics, when configured, also loads only after you allow analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled. Select Cookie choices in the footer to withdraw consent; this clears our analytics identifiers and stops future tracking in this browser. We also keep analytics off when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. Essential services needed for forms, scheduling, and security may still operate.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry information as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and meet applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, email privacy@klayvora.io. We may need to verify the request and retain records where required.
Other sites
Our embedded calendar and callback form may open on the CRM provider's domain. Those services have their own privacy practices. For general support, use our contact page.
